Winter smells fill the air, cool breezes send the geese on their way, and frost steals the color from fall leaves. Yeah, it’s that time of the year again. We get out our winter clothes and head for the malls. Shopping and the holidays go together like a hand in a glove. The question is, how many of these holiday shoppers will you woo into your store? Let’s look at some sure-fire ways to catch the attention of shoppers and set record profits this holiday season.
1. Surprise Them With a Holiday Discount
You really don’t expect to find products at their cheapest when the demand for them is the highest. Sure, after the holidays are over, the discount sales soar. That’s when you expect the “steal of a deal.” Surprise your customers with a truely discounted product right in the middle of the holiday season. That’ll get their attention!
2. Combine Products For A Special Deal
Two are better than one! At least we feel like we’re getting a deal when we buy a combination package… and we usually are getting a better buy for our buck. Find some products you can group together and sell at a better price. You’ll double your sales and spike your profits in the process.

In my plethora of experience tucked away between these ears, I have managed to cull out for you what I consider the “best of the best” – in other words, I took the most proven details about postcards that were significant to you starting a postcard campaign and really winning at it. So here goes the most incisive highlights about postcards.
1) I know that a postcard is better than something in an envelope.
For many reasons, the main one being, in an envelope you can’t make your potential customer see your message.
People are fast. We see and read very quickly – actually much more quickly than we even realize.. Think about yourself – how fast do you go through your mail and process out what you want to keep and what you don’t want to keep? Pretty darn fast. It takes fractions of seconds to go through and process in your mind “bill, bill, advertisement, bill, advertisement, letter…” And it also takes fractions of seconds to decide whether you are even going to bother giving more attention to the pieces that you designated as advertisements.
With a postcard, even if they throw it away, they already saw your message regardless of whether they think they did or not. They saw it enough to throw it away, didn’t they?
And the next time they get that same postcard in the mail, they see it again as they throw it in the trash.
Let’s face it – junk mail gets thrown away. And postcards are junk mail to a lot of people.

1 Find Your Niche
Sure you want everyone to benefit from the opportunity for freedom you have to offer, but face it… not everyone has an interest in extracting themselves from their comfort zone. Successful MLM marketers are willing to step out on a limb, and to change themselves. No, it’s not for everyone.
Who are the people most likely to be ripe for a change? Identify your prospects, and target your marketing strategies toward them. Don’t waste time and energy casting your pearls before the swine. Invest where it counts.
2. Invest In Low Cost Leads
Bigger isn’t always better, though we tend to think so! Small ads, postcards, and other low cost advertising methods are powerful advertising agents. They’re small, too the point and effective… generating a higher than average percentage of inquiries.
Leads are crucial to MLM success. You don’t necessarily have to make the sale with the advertisments. Making contact is just as important. Your advertisement may simply direct them to your Website where you gather the contact information you need.
3. Stir Up Desire
Most people have dreams tucked away deep inside. Many have lain dormant for many years. You never know who it is that will respond to your advertising campaign, but you can be sure that it’ll take an emotional connection to spark them to action.
